个人简介

冯娟,副教授,硕士生导师,深圳市“鹏程孔雀计划”特聘岗位人才(C

2013年本科毕业于山东大学,2019年获得清华大学生物学博士学位,2019年7月加入深圳技术大学。主要研究方向包括:基于人工智能/多组学的疾病标志物/靶点/药物发现;代谢性疾病/炎性衰老诊疗。已发表SCI论文30多篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文15篇(其中包括中科院1区TOP期刊5篇,JCR Q1期刊10篇)。担任多个中科院一区期刊审稿人,申请专利7项(授权2项),参编中英文专著各1部。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、深圳市优秀科技创新人才培养计划、深圳市自然科学基础研究面上项目、省级重点实验室开放课题以及校级项目2项。本科期间获国家奖学金、一等奖学金等多项荣誉,博士期间获清华大学研究生综合优秀一等奖学金。在深圳技术大学任职期间获“润园优秀教师”“校优秀班主任”“校讲课竞赛三等奖”,指导研究生获得国家级学术论坛奖项1项,指导本科生参与互联网+项目获奖10余项,“优秀毕业论文”1项,多名学生升学国内985/211高校或入职行业头部企业。
